A Town Called Malice Series Information:

A Town Called Malice is a Spanish crime drama set in the 1980s during the Costa del Sol crime wave. The show follows the story of the Lord family, a group of petty thieves from South London led by Albert Lord (Jason Flemyng), who move to Spain to capitalize on a sudden financial opportunity. Backed by Sky's full marketing support, the series was a key part of their 2023 original slate. However, the show was canceled after just one season due to lower-than-expected ratings, and Sky insiders blamed the highly competitive environment for scripted content. Despite receiving praise from some, including Jeremy Clarkson, the show received criticism from industry detractors who described it as "naff."
