Meet their Guide:
Jill Spivack
Truly a motherโs best friend, Jill has made a career out of her biggest passion in life: helping parents be the best they can be. After earning her Masterโs Degree at the University of Southern California and completing a post-graduate fellowship at Cedars Sinai Medical Centerโs Early Childhood Department as a Psychotherapist, Jill Spivack (LCSW) co-founded the pediatric sleep firm Childsleep in 1999. Recognizing that todayโs parents were lacking the essential support, education and sense of community necessary to do their best, Jill was later inspired to co-found Sleepy Planet Parenting in Los Angeles. In addition to helping parents of children with behavioral sleep problems find practical solutions, Jill uses Sleepy Planet as a space for parents to seek advice on a variety of topics, including the transition to parenthood, sibling rivalry, marital issues and maintaining work-life balance. Jill co-wrote the award-winning book and DVD, The Sleepeasy Solution, which has been endorsed by celebrity clients including Jack Black, Marcia Cross, Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, two children and her awesome dog, Otto.
