CBS has canceled the cop drama East New York, starring Amanda Warren, after just one season. The show followed newly-promoted Deputy Inspector Regina Haywood as she leads a diverse group of officers and detectives in East New York, an impoverished neighborhood in Brooklyn. The cancellation came after lengthy renewal negotiations between CBS and the show's lead studio, Warner Bros. Television. The show's final episode is set to air on May 14th.
