E! has renewed the reality series for a sixth season, the network has officially confirmed.
Season 6 will center on the growth of the twins’ families with the arrival of their babies. Throughout the season viewers will see Nikki experience the joys of parenthood for the first time, as Brie continues her journey as a mom of two.
Total Bellas Season 6 is slated to premiere in fall 2020.

WWE(R) Superstars, New York Times best-selling authors and entrepreneurs Nikki Bella(R) and Brie Bella(R) are back with an all-new season of "Total Bellas'' premiering on Thursday, November 12 at 9pm ET/PT.
This season, as Nikki and Brie prepare for some major milestones including the expansion of their families with the births of their baby boys, and the release of their memoir "Incomparable" where Nikki reveals a deep secret she held from her family for more than 20 years. As Brie gives Nikki some childbirth and motherhood life hacks, it brings some of Brie's emotions to the forefront from her previous pregnancy.
Brie attempts to bring Nikki and their brother JJ back together after they hit a rough patch in their relationship. In a devastating turn of events, the family finds out their mom Kathy will need to have an emergency brain surgery. Despite everything, The Bellas still find time to celebrate with their family babymoon trip, baby showers and an impromptu decision leaves the twins wondering if Phoenix is their forever home.
Last season, "Total Bellas" delivered more than 1 million total viewers, 672,000 P18-49 and 499,000 W18-49, up 12 percent, nine percent and 16 percent, respectively, from the prior season. This marks the highest-rated season among all key demos in two years. The season five finale garnered more than 1.3 million total viewers and 764,000 P18-49, which made it the most-watched episode of the series-to-date and highest-rated episode of the series among P18-49 in two years. Driven by triple digit growth on digital/streaming and Set Top Box VOD, total audience for "Total Bellas" across all platforms is outperforming growth seen on linear alone, up 22 percent among P18-49 vs. the prior season. Socially, "Total Bellas" ranked as the #1 most social cable reality series throughout the season for premiere episodes, with 518K total interactions across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

E! RENEWS "TOTAL BELLAS" FOR A SIXTH SEASON PREMIERING THIS FALL
Current Season Averaging Nearly 1 Million Total Viewers, Up Nine Percent; Season Five Finale Airs Tonight at 9PM ET/PT
E!'s hit series "Total Bellas," following the lives of WWE(R) Superstars, New York Times best-selling authors and entrepreneurs Nikki Bella(R) and Brie Bella(R), has been renewed for a sixth season premiering later this fall.
The current fifth season of "Total Bellas" is averaging nearly 1 million total viewers, 604,000 P18-49 and 443,000 W18-49, up 10 percent, seven percent and 14 percent, respectively, from the prior season. This marks the highest-rated season among all key demos in two years. On Thursdays, the series consistently ranked among the Top 10 programs in primetime across ad-supported cable networks among W18-49, P18-34, and W18-34.
Season five of the docuseries, concluding TONIGHT at 9pm ET/PT, featured several milestones in the sisters' lives, including Nikki and Artem's romantic French engagement and the twins finding out they're both expecting and due within weeks of each other.
The upcoming season will highlight the expansion of their families with the birth of their babies as Nikki navigates the joys of parenthood for the first time and Brie continues her journey of motherhood, now as a mom of two.

“Total Bellas,” spin-off of E!’s mega-hit series “Total Divas,” gives viewers exclusive access into the lives of The Bella Twins and their significant others, John Cena and Daniel Bryan, as the WWE Superstars move in together and enter a new chapter of their lives, both professionally and personally. The series kicks-off with Nikki and John being sidelined by injuries and Daniel’s recent retirement from the ring.
