Prime Video announced the renewal of The Devil’s Hour for two more seasons. The suspense series centers on Lucy, a social worker who frequently experiences terrifying dreams around the dreaded “devil’s hour” between three and four in the morning.
The first season premiered on October 28 of this year, and production on the second will start early in 2023. In Series Two, you will realize Gideon’s true intentions as he attempts to involve Lucy in his mission to stop an elusive force of evil.
Peter Capaldi and Jessica Raine will return as Gideon and Lucy Chambers. Additionally, Nikesh Patel (Starstruck), Phil Dunster (Ted Lasso), Meera Syal (Yesterday), and Benjamin Chivers will be reprising their roles. You will also be seeing new characters in the upcoming seasons.
Hartswood Films produces the series. Tom Moran is the writer, and the executive producers are Steven Moffat (Doctor Who, Dracula, Sherlock), Moran, and Sue Vertue (Dracula, Sherlock).
