Series showrunner Dean Georgaris says he has Season 2 planned for the ABC drama:
“We have Season 2 all mapped out! We also know that ABC is excited about it, which is good. It just makes it all the more heart-pounding, if you’re us, for the next month or whatever it is before they make their decision.”
But with ABC currently quiet on the renewal front, will The Baker and the Beauty Season 2 ever make it to the screen?:
“ABC believes in the show, and they understand what we’re trying to do, and my hope is that there’ll still be room for us. I’m optimistic, but you do never know.”

Absolutely charming and upbeat show- so I am not optimistic about its renewal. The networks would rather air filth or reality shows.
They always cancel the good shows. This first season was absolutely delightful.
they have to renew this, its a breathe of fresh air compared to everything else on the tv, completely new and inovated, please renew
