
STARZ has unveiled the trailer and key art for “Run the World,” an acclaimed TV series that follows the lives of Whitney, Renee, and Sondi as they navigate the challenges of love, life, and career in their quest for success.
The second season of the show will premiere on May 26, with the premiere airing on the STARZ app, all STARZ streaming and on-demand platforms, and STARZ linear in the US and Canada.
The story of “Run the World” centers on the lives of three Black women who rely on their strong friendship to overcome the ups and downs of life. Whitney, Renee, and Sondi must make crucial decisions about their careers and relationships as they strive for world domination.
The series features returning cast members Amber Stevens West, Bresha Webb, and Corbin Reid, along with a host of new recurring and guest stars. The show is produced by Lionsgate for STARZ and is executive produced by Rachelle Williams-BenAry, Yvette Lee Bowser, and Leigh Davenport.
