Paramount+ revealed the first look clip for the second season of the drag singing competition series Queen of the Universe. Graham Norton will return as host. Also, in the upcoming season, Mel B will join Michelle Visage, Vanessa Williams, and drag queen Trixie Mattel on the panel of judges. It premieres on Friday, June 2, in the U.S. and Canada. In the U.K., Latin America, Italy, France, and Germany, the series will premiere on Saturday, June 3.
The series features the world’s fiercest queens competing for the Queen of the Universe title. In each episode, the participants will show a brand-new musical performance in front of a live audience and the Pop Diva Panel of judges. The winner will get the prize money of $250,000.
The cast for the second season includes Aura Eternal, Chloe V, Jazell Royale, Love Masisi, Maxie, Militia Scunt, Miss Sistrata, Taiga Brava, Trevor Ashley, and Viola.
MTV Entertainment Studios, World of Wonder, and the producers of the Emmy Award-winning franchise “RuPaul’s Drag Race” serve as executive producers along with multiple Emmy® Award winner and global drag icon RuPaul.
