
Apple TV+ has released the trailer for season two of the natural history series “Prehistoric Planet,” executive produced by Jon Favreau and Mike Gunton and narrated by Sir David Attenborough. The new season will premiere globally on May 22, 2023, in a five-day event on Apple TV+.
The show explores five new habitats, including the volcanoes of India and the oceans near North America, revealing new dinosaur behaviors and never-before-seen apex predators. In addition to the series, Apple TV+ will release a four-part podcast called “Prehistoric Planet:
The Official Podcast,” featuring interviews with executive producers and paleontologists. The show combines wildlife filmmaking, paleontology, and visual effects to bring the habitats and creatures of ancient Earth to life.
