
Disney+ has decided not to renew the adventure series National Treasure for a second season.
The show, which is a spin-off of the National Treasure movies, follows young heroine Jess as she embarks on a journey to uncover the truth about her family and find a lost Pan-American treasure.
The series features a cast including Lisette Olivera, Zuri Reed, Antonio Cipriano, Jordan Rodrigues, Jake Austin Walker, and Lyndon Smith. Executive producers include Jerry Bruckheimer, Jon Turteltaub, Marianne and Cormac Wibberley, Jonathan Littman, Kristie Anne Reed, and Rick Muirragui, who also served as a writer.
Disney+ has previously canceled several of its original non-Marvel and non-Star Wars series after one or two seasons, including Big Shot, The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers, The Mysterious Benedict Society, Diary of a Future President, and Turner & Hooch.
