
Netflix released the official trailer for the second season of their docuseries Last Chance U: Basketball. It will follow a fresh set of athletes using basketball in junior colleges as a stepping stone to get scholarships to attend four-year universities. Along with the clip for the trailer, they also confirmed its premiere date, which is December 13.
Greg Whiteley serves as the franchise creator. Taking the directorial duties are Greg Whiteley, Adam Leibowitz, and Daniel George McDonald. Joe LaBracio, Lucas Smith, and James D. Stern serve as executive producers. Additionally, co-executive producers are Andrew Fried, Dane Lillegard, and Leibowitz. Last Chance U: Basketball is a Netflix production in association with Boardwalk Pictures, GQ Studios, Endgame Entertainment, and One Potato Productions.
