Paramount+ has unveiled the official trailer and key artwork for the highly anticipated second season of the popular drama series, JOE PICKETT. The new season will kick off with a thrilling premiere of two episodes on Sunday, June 4 in the United States and Canada, followed by its release on Monday, June 5 in Australia. Subsequently, fans can look forward to weekly episodes exclusively on Paramount+. The premiere dates for other international markets will be announced at a later time. For those who want to catch up, all episodes of the first season are currently available for streaming on Paramount+.
In the upcoming season, Joe Pickett, played by Michael Dorman, a game warden stationed in Wyoming, stumbles upon the shocking murder of a hunter in the mountains. This discovery leads him to uncover a series of gruesome killings. To solve the case and apprehend the elusive killer, Joe must navigate through various challenges, including a radical anti-hunting activist, enigmatic twins living off the grid, and his own haunted past. As Joe and his wife Marybeth, portrayed by Julianna Guill, dig deeper into the investigation, they soon realize that the victims were not as innocent as they initially appeared. Their pursuit of the truth forces them to go on the run, fighting for their lives.
The series is brought to life by the accomplished directors, showrunners, and executive producers John Erick Dowdle and Drew Dowdle, known for their work on “WACO” and “WACO: THE AFTERMATH.” Red Wagon Entertainment’s Doug Wick and Lucy Fisher also serve as executive producers, along with C.J. Box, the esteemed author of the best-selling book series that inspired the show.
