Firefly Lane returns on Netflix for its second and last season. It’s a mix of good and bad news for fans of the show. In a press release from the streaming service platform, they revealed that this upcoming season is a supersized one to tie off loose ends and conclude the drama series. It will have sixteen episodes and will debut in two parts. On December 2, the first nine episodes will premiere, and the following seven episodes will launch in 2023.

Katherine Heigl and Sarah Chalke reprise their roles in the films as longtime best friends who face challenges that put their friendship to the test and have trials in maintaining other relationships. Also, you wil be seeing four new faces on your screens for the new season, India de Beaufort (Charlotte), Greg Germann (Benedict), Jolene Purdy (Justine), and Ignacio Serricchio (Danny). They join Ben Lawson, Beau Garrett, Ali Skovbye, Roan Curtis, and Yael Yurman.
Maggie Friedman serves as the creator and showrunner, and she also executive produces Firefly Lane with Katherine Heigl, Shawn Williamson, Michael Spiller, and Stephanie Germain.
