It has been a long wait since the fourth season renewal news in 2021, but the official trailer for Doom Patrol season four is already here! The first two episodes of Doom Patrol’s fourth season will air on December 8 on HBO Max. Then episodes will air once a week until the first week of the new year. After that, the show will take a midseason hiatus before returning for the second half of Season 4 later in 2023.
The show centers on a gang of superheroes involved in a tragedy that gave them superhuman abilities. However, it also left them all scarred and deformed. The Doom Patrol is a collection of superpowered freaks that battle for a world that doesn’t want anything to do with them. They are a support group and a superhero squad. In this upcoming season, you will see the gang take on a time traveling adventure as they deal with a new threat in the form of Immortus.
It stars Brendan Fraser, Matt Bomer, April Bowlby, Diane Guerrero, and Joivan Wade. Jeremy Carver is the executive producer and showrunner of Doom Patrol. Additionally, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Chris Dingess, and Tamara Becher-Wilkinson serve as EPs. Berlanti Productions, in association with Warner Bros. Television, produces.
