Peacock confirmed the renewal of the soap opera Days of Our Lives for two more seasons. This renewal decision will take the show through season 60. The series moved to Peacock on September 2022, and it has consistently been one of the top ten titles. Before the move, the soap opera broadcasted its 14,000th episode on NBC and was the longest-running drama series on the previous network.

Days of Our Lives follows the citizens of Salem, including those from the Horton, Brady, Kiriakis, Hernandez, and DiMera families, in their interwoven lives, romances, and thrilling adventures. Corday Productions, in association with Sony Pictures Television, produce. Ken Corday executive produces with co-executive producer Albert Alarr. Also, Ron Carlivati is the head writer.
The show has received 61 Emmy Awards, including 2022’s Outstanding Writing for a Daytime Drama. Additionally, it got 392 nominations as well as multiple People’s Choice Awards, Prism Awards, and GLAAD Media Awards.
