Netflix has officially announced the renewal of their teen TV show Class. The Indian thriller series is an adaptation of Elite, the hit Spanish-language series. This renewal announcement came early as the eight-part first season of the show premiered on February 3, 2023.

Class centers on three friends from the working class who received scholarships to study at a prestigious private school in New Delhi. It stars Gurfateh Pirzada, Piyush Khati, Anjali Sivaraman, Madhyama Segal, Cwaayal Singh, Zeyn Shaw, Ayesha Kanga, Naina Bhan, Moses Koul, Chayan Chopra, and Chintan Rachchh.
Despite the fact that Class hasn’t become a huge global hit, it is doing incredibly well with the local audience. Bodhitree Multimedia Limited, in association with Future East, produces the series. National Film Award winner Ashim Ahluwalia serves as director.
