Peacock has canceled the second season of “Pitch Perfect: Bumper In Berlin” due to production delays caused by the ongoing industry strikes. Despite a successful start, the extended hiatus made renewals challenging, particularly for first-year shows. The “Pitch Perfect” franchise remains significant for Universal, with more projects in development with Elizabeth Banks and showrunner Megan Amram. Peacock has other comedy series and movies in the pipeline.
