Can’t get enough of shows depicting renovations and buildings? HGTV renewed Building Roots for its second season and got an order for eight more one-hour episodes for fans like you. The show centers around Ben Dozier and Cristi Dozier as they build, renovate, and design homes for people needing their help. The husband and wife pair are from Texas, where they also founded their company, Root Design Company.
The show highlights magnificent and cutting-edge home renovations that are inspired by the breathtaking natural settings of scenic Pagosa Springs, Colorado. It garnered 14.7 million viewers for its debut season, which aired its last episode on May 29, 2022.
“I really believe that one of our greatest compliments is that no two of our projects look alike,” Ben Dozier stated as they claimed that each of their designs is unique as they aim to personalize their styles based on the story of the homeowners. “We don’t want the project to be about us and what our style is. It’s about what the client’s style is and where they see their story going.” he added.
