Black Ink Crew New York will premiere on your screens for its tenth season this Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on VH1. This season follows how the team will move forward after Ceaser Emanuel, the reality star, was kicked off the show earlier this year after a video allegedly of him beating a dog surfaced online. He claimed that the video demonstrated him mediating a fight between his dogs.
The network has revealed the cast and debuted a video for its trailer to give anticipating fans an idea of what will unfold for this upcoming season.
As per VH1, the story description of the cast is as follows:
As Puma approaches his forties, he manages to perform his roles as a successful businessman, a partner to his wife Quani, and a parent to his two kids. Even though he may be apprehensive of what his forties have in store for him, he is eager to let go and take charge of this brand-new decade of life.
For this season, Young Bae reconnects with herself as a mother, a woman, and an artist. She continues to develop into the woman she aspires to be while assuming the new responsibility of serving as a mentor at the shop.
Since dedicating a lot of time to his acting and music careers, Ted starts to put his personal needs and life outside of Black Ink first. He also reconnects with his family.
Tatti decides to accept an apprentice position in the hopes that it will help her advance her artistic abilities after battling a federal court battle and working to prove herself during the previous season.
Being newly single, Alex is feeling reborn. He doesn’t allow anybody or anything to stop him from living his life and embracing the status of sex icon that his followers have bestowed upon him.
Spyder, who calls himself “Black Ink” royalty, is back and better than ever. He decides to refocus on health, money, and legacy for himself and his family after dealing with a severe health crisis last year.
The executive producers are Daniel Blau Rogge, Phakiso Collins, Treiva Williams, Melanie C Lodge, and Steve Kaufman. In addition, Michael Nittolo, Darian Edmonson, and Joann Jean all co-executive produce it. Liz Kim is the executive in charge of production.
