Showtime has officially announced that the upcoming seventh season of the hit drama series Billions will be its last. The premiere date has been set, with the first episode streaming on Paramount+ and Showtime on August 11, followed by its on-air debut on Showtime on August 13. Emmy winner Damian Lewis will return as Bobby “Axe” Axelrod for the final 12-episode season, alongside Paul Giamatti, Corey Stoll, and Maggie Siff. The season promises alliances being tested, betrayals on an epic scale, and Bobby Axelrod’s return as the stakes expand from Wall Street to the world. Showtime has confirmed spinoff projects in the works, including Millions, Trillions, and series set in Miami and London, all executive produced by Billions creators Brian Koppelman and David Levien. Billions is created and executive produced by Koppelman and Levien, with Beth Schacter serving as showrunner and executive producer.
