As We See It, Jason Katims’ series about three roommates living on the autism spectrum, won’t return for a second season on Prime Video. The streaming service did not reveal the specific reason for the cancellation.
Its eight-part first season premiered on January 21. The show got a positive response from the viewers, receiving a 90 percent score from the critics and a 98 percent score from the audience on Rotten Tomatoes.
As the leading characters Jack, Violet, and Harrison, the series featured people living on the autism spectrum in real life, Rick Glassman (Undateable), Sue Ann Pien (Ballers), and newcomer Albert Rutecki. The supporting cast includes Sosie Bacon (13 Reasons Why) as their aide Mandy, Chris Pang (Crazy Rich Asians) as Violet’s brother Van, and Joe Mantegna (Criminal Minds) as Lou, Jack’s Father.
