The book-to-series adaptation Tell Me Lies will return for season two. The news came a month after its ten-part first season aired its last episode. Additionally, Hulu Originals is preparing to launch several other series adaptations of books, including Tiny Beautiful Things, Washington Black, Saint X, and Interior Chinatown.
Tell Me Lies follows Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco as their turbulent but intoxicating relationship develops over eight years. Although their relationship starts like any other ordinary campus romance, they soon become entangled in an addictive relationship. It will profoundly change their lives and those of everyone else around them.

The series stars Grace Van Patten, Jackson White, Catherine Missal, Spencer House, Sonia Mena, Branden Cook, Benjamin Wadsworth, and Alicia Crowder. Serving as showrunner and executive producer is Meaghan Oppenheimer. Laura Lewis and Stephanie Noonan executive produce for Rebelle Media, while Emma Roberts, Karah Preiss, and Matt Matruski do so under their Belletrist Productions banner. For Vice Media’s Refinery29, Shannon Gibson and Sam Schlaifer serve as EPs. Additionally, Jonathan Levine is an executive producer.
