    If the Ultimate Cowboy Showdown is cancelled. It is solely because it was political. Having Katy win season 2 was totally political. She did not win the compilation but, because she made it to the end and immediately made sure she said she was just as good as the men placed the producers and Adkins in a bad position. So, they took the easy way out. Tough break for the true winner I can’t blame the show for doing it I just wished it would have been based on merit instead. I have three daughters so I absolutely want them to have a fair break in everything they do. I know they can do as well as any man and defintedly better than me but in this case of the Ultimate Cowboy. Katy didn’t do enough to win. I will bet more people will vote for someone other than her in the final count.

    In response to my above reply. Even though in my opinion I believe someone else in the group should have won the buckle. I did not intend to imply Katy was nothing but professional and absolutely terrific in her ability to compete. She was tough, strong, and forceful when she was called on. Just believe someone else was better in the time frame the show was taped. I want to wish her the very best and hope she continues to compete at the level she showed. God bless all the contestants.
