Run can’t escape the cancellation reaper.
HBO has cancelled the romantic comedy-thriller after one season, sources inform Cancelled Soon TV.
While there were creative plans for Run Season 2 in place, the cabler has opted not to move forward with the second installment of the series.
In a statement provided to Cancelled Soon TV, HBO said of its decision to one-and-done Run:
“After exploring potential ways of continuing Ruby and Billy’s journey, together with showrunner Vicky Jones, we have come to the decision that we will not be moving forward with a second season of Run.”
