Outer Banks, an action-adventure series, got an early season 4 renewal from Netflix. The cast members revealed the news at Poguelandia, the immersive fan event re-creating the Pogues’ island paradise. Stokes informed the audience that they were the first to learn that “Outer Banks has been renewed for a fourth season!” while perched on the edge of the stage.

Season 1 of Outer Banks debuted in April 2020 and gained a devoted audience. In July 2021, the second season debuted, and the third season will premiere on February 23. The series follows John B as he enlists his three best friends to hunt for a legendary treasure linked to his father’s disappearance.

The series stars Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, and Rudy Pankow. The creative minds behind the action series are the creators’ Josh Pate, Jonas Pate, and Shannon Burke.
