Prime Video has announced that A League of Their Own will return for a second and final season, consisting of four episodes. This one-hour series, created by Abbi Jacobson and Will Graham, is based on the 1992 movie of the same name by Penny Marshall. The show revolves around the creation of a women’s professional baseball team during WWII, highlighting the stories of diverse and queer women at the center of it all, which has resulted in a devoted fan base. The series stars Jacobson, Chanté Adams, D’Arcy Carden, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Roberta Collindrez, Kelly McCormack, Priscilla Delgado, Molly Ephraim, Kate Berlant, Melanie Field, Nick Offerman, Rosie O’Donnell, Patrick J. Adams, Patrice Covington, Sadiah Ekulona, Lea Robinson, Andia Winslow, Rae Gray, and Lil Frex.
